Want your brand name in your shortened URLs instead of the brand name of the URL shortening company? Here are three factors to consider for SEO.

    Make sure your shortener creates a 301 and not a 302 or 200

    2. analytics

      All else being equal analytics are better than no analytics

      3. keywords

        All else being equal, a shortener that gets keywords in the URL is better than one that doesn’t.
